Our govenrments control everything, so no i don't believe we are actually free, we would be, if it was like back in the day where you had to protect your land, and things like that.
i don't know for sure, but if i had to take a guess, i'd say that, "life" repeats itself, every so offten something happens where almost everything is blown away killed and such, and then life creates itself , or God creats and starts over? why no...
