I've been pondering this question myself lately and thought it would make an interesting topic of discussion! What do we want in life?
Where do we see ourselves in 10 years time?
Do we really know what we want?

I want to be free, to roam around the world on foot, with a ruck sack on my back; Spend hours and hours staring at sunsets and waterfalls, watching birds and animals, studying ancient civilizations, with no job to return to, no vacation to end;
I want a companion who shares my interests and tolerates my craziness;
I want to be happy and at peace, with occasional adrenaline surge coming from thrilling events.
I want to have no responsibilities, no commitments. I want to, well, since this list is not going to end, I'll take the next question.

In 10 years time, I see myself still doing all that, that is in my imagination. In reality, I see myself nowhere!

I don't know if I REALLY know what I want, but, I think, basically, I want to be free, more than anything else.

Hi Nalini,

I think I'm at that place in my life now....that's why I've chosen this direction in my life. Travel gives me such a sense of freedom. If it is in your imagination now - it can be a reality .....we can create our own destiny. Keep imagining it and affirming it and you will find yourself moving towards that end goal.

We want to be safe.....
No senseless violence,
No cruelty, no anger that cripples ...
Most of all I want to be healthy - now and 10 years later......
Happiness follows
Wealth follows ------- HEALTH!!

It depends on the woman. We can not categorize ourselves as what women want, we as individuals all want something different. I want to see the world, meet people of many different cultures, learn their cultures and hear their dreams. I want a man that I click with to share my life of adventure. This is all that I want, the steps that i have to take to get there is something different. To travel I need money. So what would make me the happiest and make the most money at the same time? computer engineer ok, so I need a degree. associates in computer science from LCCC & a bachelors from OSU.
There are many steps that I need to take to get what I want, even as simple as it is.

I would like to be super healthy, body and mind strong...so I can go bouncing across the land, rivers and oceans to visit places I have never been, to experience new sensations of food tingling on my tongue, to smell rain forests in forgotten places. To be able to be in Africa, to see Elephants. To volunteer. To be having lots of fun as long as my health remains. To live a little more hardier before I die.

Many women will first dream of that fantasy life that they've read in books and have heard from parents.we want that happy cinderella ending.or something just perfect for our personality.we want to be perfect.but sadly it wont happen exactly the way we want.when things go different we will change our expectations to something actually possible.many women get just that in a snap.others go through obstacles. and some have to change their mind once more.

I know it sounds kinda utopian but i guess it would be fun if i woke up one fine morning to find that all the leches in the world have gone blind.
