Dreams, de ja vu

Why does dejavu occur? how? what does it really mean?

is dejavu different from dreams that come true? i know it sounds weird, but i 've had dreams that either came true or represented a part of the the future...

i am just curious, and a little freaked out.

Failure of the brain to put "time stamps" on memories.
