A number of things can be predicted. The Sun will rise in the east at a particular time, there will be rains or snow in the right season, a child will grow to maturity etc. However all these are probabilities reasonably accurate. What will happen can be assumed based on previous observations and relating them to a set of known data. The Moon's phases relate to tides in the oceans as also affect the mind and bodies( specially of women ). A set of circumstances create the possibility of certain events which may or may not happen. Astrological predictions are also based on a possibility of certain events which can however never be 100% accurate but are reasonably good. There is a reasonable possibility that you may become my friend for further discussion but 100% surity will be only when you reply. Astrology in essance is like that. Best of luck in future.

Who knows?
Can you be sure that there is a God or that your life will be happy?
Astrology, in essence, is just another set of beliefs.
It's based on the idea that subtle variations that are caused by shifts in the allignment of planets occur on earth, and that we are affected in some way, shape, or form due to this on a day to day basis.
The judgement of people based on astrology is also about the variations when that particular person was born.
They can be as general as a sun sign or as detailed as where the planets, stars, and such were at the exact moment you were born, and their placement over where you were born.
It's not meant to be a catch-all thing, just general predictions based on patterns in nature through the planets.
So, if you want to take it into consideration, do it.
It's just as logical as counting on any other piece of advice.
Yes it can be accurate, it shows by the time and birthdate you were born.
Astrolgy calulates on your persona, and cercumstances in your life that are predicted from the time which you were born.
Its mathmatical and scientifical.
