I am split on the subject and would like to hear others' opinions.
My biggest fears are that the homicide rate would increase significantly and Big Business would add to it to make it physically addictive, just as they did with tobacco.
My opinion is that with all ecseso hurt in this case is any controlled drug addiction, if the mere fact of the cigar is normal chemical and hurts the body I would go to the marijuana is more natural that the cigarette but in some ESAT countries still bear some punished dose of it.
Soda (Coke) is addictive and also speaking etc etc.
Heroin, exctasy, speed, cocaine etc.. none of them are legal and yet people get it every day.. there's addicts EVERYWHERE.. tobacco, alcohol.. what's the difference? NONE of them are good for you.. they all have harmful effects, legal or not.. it obviously doesn't stop people from consuming it, does it? I don't think it would make any difference if they're all legal :) BECAUSE there will ALWAYS be people who will take that shit, and people who don't. There's people who never take any of it and still die young, or from one or another form of Cancer or some other disease... We're trying to CONTROL everything around us, the fact of the matter is... you can't escape your destiny... and one thing's for sure, we're all going to die.
"Two snowmen are standing in a field. One says to the other : "Funny, I smell carrots too". LOLOLOL had to add this.. just to lighten up this discussion.. :)))

The basis of this whole problem is in the family, family violence, we will be in a depression to seek outlets for feeling good and what is more sad to suicide or get a dose.
