How to work with old woman even 2?

I had a interview last day. The boss had an assistant, who gave me a lot of hard moments during the interview only because I did not flatter her by eye touching or words.
She is quite beautiful, but not like an assistant ( this company is to improve the value of houses, to give high-class service, etc.) She does not care how she dresses should match the company, and too careless, writes the documents like baby does, talking like we were in a pub, she did not care what kind of employees the company needs, but cared her own did not get enough prise.
For example, she bands her hair with a red lace like a housewife in street market, when she noticed my Esprit bag, so she talked loundly "materialist"; ----- I talked about what I can do for the job because of my deploma and my work experiences, again loudly "go ask your husband that you need drive license!" ----- she also made a trap to let me step into, "what else do you need to ask?" she would like I ask how much they offer for salary to improve that I am only come for money, I asked how could we work out the branche company they mentioned and it is really what I care. -----She thought it is critics of her job, she said, she would send me questionary for asking me what I like and what I do not like, I do not know what it meant even now, so I said "ok". Then she started to talk to the man as I was not exist. Few minutes after I said bye to both of them. ----It was not finish for her, when I packing to leave, she said "...the capital..." with also lound voice. Seemed that I just wanted to go to the capital, so as to jump to another company that is why I did not care about salary.
According to my work experience I am sure I will work very well for this position. Expecially their company is just newborn, really needs people who are experienced. But she does not care this. It is not me who will have great lost, I feel pity for the boss. What I would like to solve on ipersonic is, ----------How to work with old woman even 2 ? Do you guys have any ideas?
