first reaction

What do you do when you encounter something or someone alien or strange? Do you instantly feel dislike and distrust because you don't know anything about the alien thing or person?Do you choose not to react to it unless it affects you in some way?Do you first wait to see how others ,whose opinion you respect ,react to it?

The best thing any person can do when encountering something new is to become informed before placing judgment. For me, at least, I would rather approach something objectively and let the facts of my observation be my guiding light.; ▶ Reply to This

Is good to be shy , and be an introvert person at first sight , but then , If you have the interest in the person , or he/she attracts you , BE YOURSELF .

I know , I know , we live nowadays in a world that just teach us to think bad/negative about others , and have fear.

The fear is a tool that the Mundial , Religion and Cultural Systems uses to Control people and society/ies. Is difficult to think about it as a simple mechanism of prevention or " instinc". But what causes fear ? The Unknown , the mystery. because there is the " Great Menace" , etc. For that reason our cultures, believes, and perspective about life are a great influence in our thoughts and conducts. Is not bad/good thinks for ourselves. Be independents from all those conceptions, is a right of each human being.

Otherwise , if you don't like be judge just for First impression , Don't do the same to others . I think 1rs impression is just a methaphoric way that humans have to deal with their own insecurities .

Permalink Reply by widgelli on September 13, 2009 at 8:45am: I am going to worry some of you, but I have an inbuilt radar about people that has never let me down over many years. I can meet a person and for no reason at all, take an instant dislike to them. It doesn't happen often, but so far I have never been proven wrong about these people.
It is not a good situation to find yourself in. I can be at a dinner, or an evening out and a stranger can come along and join the table. If it is one of those people, I can then find myself in a difficult situation and be rather uncomfortable for the rest of the evening.
To be quite honest, I hate this, but there is nothing that I can do about it, as I was born this way.
