I'm not sure, but it's an interesting question. I personally feel that life, the universe, everything, works in cycles. Whether or not that includes human life (aka reincarnation), or whether human learning (such as events in history) works in cycles, I really have no idea.

history will not repeat it.but human do repeat same mistake and same work.we should always keeping ourselves from mistake while urging more good deeds to be done.
reincarnation, depends on what religion you are.but, what you believe is what you think.

The world has billions of people in billions of situations. In many cases there can be similarities, you may call it coincidence, repeation, rebirth (if two persons appear to be similar in habits or actions). This type of occurences are interpreted as per your belief , the advice you recieve or your interpretation. Still such matters have not been studied in detail and there are so many possibilities. According to one belief every human life must confirm to one of a large number of combinations but this number is fixed. So there was someone like you in the past and there will be someone like you in future. Also if there is reincarnation it can not be exactly similar, like someone born in 1800 would not know a car or electricity, but in his present life he/she would be familiar with a computer. But possibilities are endless, and this is thought provoking.

i don't know for sure, but if i had to take a guess, i'd say that, "life" repeats itself, every so offten something happens where almost everything is blown away killed and such, and then life creates itself , or God creats and starts over? why not he did it twice right?

The idea of reincarnation first appears in Hindu texts, written about 700 B.C.3, 4 The Bhaģavad-Gita, the holy text of the Hindus, says" as the dweller in the body experiences childhood, youth, old age, so passes he on, to another body." 5
I think "Reincarnation" has been used to explain experiences of déjà vu.
Dreams can be interpreted as remnants of a past life.
It may explain the reason why child prodigies are so quick to exhibit and excel in their particular talent.
Reincarnation offers a possible explanation of why "history repeats itself".

Whether or not reincarnation can be substantiated by evidence, the belief offers solace to believers in explanation of many of life's mysteries as well as the incentive to lead a charitable and moral life.

History vs Reincarnation

Both are encompassed in assumptions.
