I want to believe in karma,but somewhere,i feel that it doesn't work out that way.If a man commits a crime and is later penalised for it,i am doubtful about how much good it does to his victim.

Thanks for your view, it cannot remove the suffering of victim, but the man get punished for his bad karma

victim got suffering because of his or her bad karma

if we bind ourself with good karma, we will also get good results

one good karma brings five times and more good results, and similarly one bad karma also brings five time and more bad results, i believe in this

I believe in carma.What you send out will return to you.No i dont believe in luck.We create our own luck.It is called the law of attraction.
